Ken Hall MCMA, SACDip, FLPI
Ken is an enthusiastic and motivated learning professional, and started his career in learning in 2010 as a contact centre induction trainer for a large global financial organisation. Ken has developed his skills to aid improving personal development covering a wide range of topics. From coaching to presentation skills, performance management and personal wellbeing, he is able to bring the practical element of theoretical learning to life ensuring you can see the practical application of your new skills.

Ken is a MHFA England certified instructor for Adult and Youth courses, a CMe Colour Profiling Practitioner and coach using CBT and NLP techniques to help clients move forward and build effective coping strategies. Ken is also a Certified Online Learning Facilitator and a NCSPET Accredited Suicide First Aid Instructor.
From 2016, Ken has had the privilege of working with other medium to large, multisite organisations both in the UK and Europe with some clients extending to the middle east. He has designed and delivered both technical and soft skill learning interventions for a range of audiences from customer facing colleagues to senior managers. This design and delivery includes learning for face to face events and virtual online learning platforms such as Webex, Zoom, MS Teams and other platforms.
Ken is a strong advocate for supporting mental health in particular the understanding of happiness and self-awareness and how this can help people’s resilience and more recently, understanding Neurodiversity. He is late identified as having ADHD and now focusing his efforts on providing better understanding of Neurodiversity in the Workplace and how organisations can support Neurodiverse individuals.

Mark Brady RNLD DIPHe
Qualified Nurse, Trainer, Disability Assessor, Mental Health First Aider / Tutor, Counselling Assessor, Authorised Disability Assessor for the Department of Work and Pensions and a Safety Assessor in the Aesthetics Industry.
As a qualified Nurse, Mark has managed large mental health nursing homes and has spent 80% of his nursing career supporting mental health. He has personally trained over 1000 managers in how to manage mental health in the workplace and continues to offer Mental Health First Aid training to individuals keen to support others. Mark has both clinical and theoretical experience in supporting people with severe mental health difficulties and his goal is to see everybody who needs support being given the opportunity to receive help as soon as possible.

Kathryn Hall
Kathryn has joined Be Mental Healthy as our learning and accounts administrator. More than likely, she will be your first contact when speaking to us.
With a background in sales and marketing, she comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and customer experience to ensure you have a smooth transition from initial contact, booking, feedback and after contact.
Having worked for some large clients such as Disney, Cadburys, Diageo, Molson Coors and other retailers, it's a privilege to have her on board to support the growth of Be Mental Healthy.
